Terms of Service

Last updated: 3 October 2026

1. Agreeing to these terms

By using this website or sending us an enquiry, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or send an enquiry.

2. Who we are

Healing Journeys is run by TranscendIQ Pvt Ltd, of Brigade IRV Centre, Nallurhalli Rd, Nallurhalli, Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560066. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that organisation.

3. What we do, and what we do not

We provide planned care navigation. Depending on your case, this can include:

  • helping you organise your medical information;
  • arranging a review by a licensed clinician before travel planning begins;
  • helping you compare care providers and understand costs;
  • coordinating plans for your treatment and recovery; and
  • agreeing local handover arrangements and aftercare responsibilities before you travel.

We are not a medical provider. We do not diagnose, treat or give medical advice, and using this website or sending an enquiry does not create a doctor–patient relationship.

4. Emergencies

This website and our service are not for medical emergencies. If you or someone else needs urgent medical help, contact your local emergency services or go to the nearest hospital straight away. Do not wait for a reply from us.

5. A pilot service

Healing Journeys is currently a pilot. It supports only the care pathways shown on the website, which are hip and knee replacement. We may change, limit or stop the service, or decline an enquiry, at any time.

6. Your enquiry

Sending an enquiry does not guarantee that we can help, and it is not an agreement for any care or service. Our aim is to contact you within one business day. We are available Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 IST.

7. Your responsibilities

  • Give us information that is accurate and complete, including about your health and medical history.
  • Be at least 18, or be the parent, legal guardian or otherwise authorised person acting for the patient.
  • Only send us documents you have the right to share, and do not send unlawful material.
  • Do not try to misuse, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the website or anyone's information.

8. Clinical review and medical decisions

Our clinicians review the information you provide. Their opinion depends on that information being accurate and complete, and it is not a substitute for being examined in person. We cannot promise that a particular treatment is suitable for you, or what the result will be.

Every decision about your treatment is made by you together with your treating clinician. Please follow the advice of your own doctors.

9. Hospitals, clinics and other providers

Hospitals, clinics, clinicians and other providers we introduce you to are independent from us. They are responsible for the care they give, and their own terms apply to it. We choose providers with care, but we do not control them and cannot guarantee the quality or result of their care.

10. Fees and payments

This website does not take payments. Any fees we charge, and any fees charged by providers, will be explained to you in writing before you agree to them.

11. Your information

How we collect and use your information, including health information, is explained in our Privacy Policy.

12. Using this website

The content of this website belongs to us or our licensors. You may view it for your own use, but you may not copy, sell or reuse it without our permission. We work to keep the website available and accurate, but we provide it as it is and may suspend or change it at any time.

13. Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Subject to that, we are not responsible for the care provided by hospitals, clinics or other independent providers, for the outcome of any treatment, or for indirect or consequential losses. Where the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim relating to our service is limited to the fees you have paid to us for that service.

If you are a consumer, you may have rights under the law of your country that these terms cannot take away.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru will have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any rights you have under the law of your country that cannot be waived.

15. Complaints and escalation

If you are unhappy with our service, please tell us so we can put it right.

  1. Email gautam.basu@outlook.in with your name and a description of what went wrong. We will acknowledge your complaint, tell you who is handling it, and keep you informed.
  2. If you are not satisfied, escalate it to our grievance officer, Gautam Basu, at gautam.basu@outlook.in.
  3. If it is about how we handled your personal information and we have not resolved it, you can also contact the data protection authority in your country (see our Privacy Policy).

Complaints about the care a hospital or clinic provided are best raised with that provider directly. We will help you do that and will take up any part that concerns our service.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the updated terms.
